Alfa Laval agrees $700 million acquisition of maritime software company

Swedish industrial group Alfa Laval has agreed to acquire Norway's NAVTOR for approximately $700 million. NAVTOR provides digital navigation and vessel performance software to shipping companies in more than 90 countries. HPC can introduce shipping operators, maritime technology suppliers and international distributors.
