REICO Acquires 62,500-Square-Metre Logistics Property in Poland

On 5 November, REICO Long Lease announced the acquisition of a 62,500-square-metre logistics facility in Ujazd from Prologis. The property is fully leased to automotive supplier Schaeffler and serves as a regional distribution centre. The purchase price was not disclosed.
