Panama Allocates Up to B/.100 Million for Earthquake Recovery

On 2 November, the Finance Minister confirmed that an emergency trust of up to B/.100 million would finance urgent repairs to hospitals affected by the October earthquake, without waiting for the 2027 fiscal year.
