Radiology Company Acquisition Expands Digital Healthcare

RadNet has agreed to acquire ONRAD, adding a teleradiology and hospital staffing platform serving more than 225 hospitals. ONRAD is expected to add up to $200 million of annual revenue to RadNet after the deal closes. HPC can source radiology, diagnostics, medical staffing and healthcare technology businesses for international buyers.
