Paraguay’s AI Infrastructure Partnership Opens Opportunities for Technology Ventures

On 22–23 October, Paraguay’s Crusoe–Araico partnership was reported as a planned AI-computing infrastructure development powered by Itaipú hydroelectricity, with an initial deployment targeted for mid-2027 and potential capacity expansion to 106 MW, plus longer-term options up to approximately 280 MW.
