Lisbon Publishes a US$13.97 Million Housing-Construction Tender

On 23 October, Lisbon Ocidental SRU published a tender valued at approximately €12.54 million, equivalent to US$13.97 million, for housing construction and urbanisation works at the Campolide–Nova Goa OC03 development. The submission deadline is 20 November 2026; the amount is a tender value rather than a confirmed final award, and developers and construction firms can explore project feasibility, demand forecasting and asset-performance analytics, while HPC can provide modelling and computing support based on the project scope.
