Mongolia–Belarus Cooperation Creates Opportunities in Training and Institutional Development

On 26 October, Mongolia and Belarus agreed on a 2027–2029 cooperation roadmap and signed 20 institutional and business documents covering areas including agriculture, manufacturing, customs and accreditation. Although no education contract value was disclosed, training providers and consultants can explore professional development, technical training and institutional-support opportunities; HPC can provide digital learning, research-computing and data-analysis solutions, with quotations based on confirmed project requirements.
