A Belgian federal Justice Department IT-licensing framework published on 22 October carries a maximum multi-year value of €130.03 million (approximately US$150.8 million). The framework includes several technology suppliers and covers software licensing as a service. This is a maximum framework value, not confirmation that the full amount will be spent.
