Ukraine Advances €6 Million Energy-Resilience Programme for Public Facilities

Lithuania’s CPVA reported a €6 million programme for 2026–2027 to strengthen Ukraine’s energy resilience through solar installations at educational and medical institutions and mobile heating systems for communities. Environmental organisations and energy contractors can explore renewable-energy and resilience projects, while HPC can support energy-data analysis and sustainability monitoring.
