Trivium Packaging Deal Values Dutch Company at $3.4 Billion

Silgan Holdings and American Industrial Partners announced an agreement on 19 October 2026 to acquire Netherlands-based Trivium Packaging in a transaction valued at $3.4 billion. The combined enterprise is expected to be valued at approximately $7.3 billion, with Silgan holding a 60% stake and American Industrial Partners the remaining 40% after completion, subject to applicable conditions.
